All our classes and personal training have been accredited to the internationally acclaimed Thump Boxing Program, which has been designed to help you lose weight, become fitter and stronger through the fun of boxing fitness.
Budding participants will not only enjoy the challenge of learning how to punch, kick, duck and weave like a real boxer, but will also be empowered by the feeling of putting these skills into exciting combinations and cardio exercises.
For every class and program we run, all equipment such as boxing gloves and focus pads will be provided. the only things participants will need to bring is a towel and water bottle.
We are fully registered and insured through Fitness Australia as qualified Boxing for Fitness Instructors, we pride ourselves on keeping all your workouts safe and effective no matter your age or ability.
Times:
Monday – 6PM
Tuesday – 7PM
Thursday – 6.30PM
All the group sessions are kept small and personalised with a maximum of 12 Participants per class
